Cancellation Policy

As a reminder, our cancellation policy calls for 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that this is not always possible but we appreciate your effort to give us as much time as possible to book that time for someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 50% no show fee.

**Clients of Eli DesRoches/Salon Owner will be charged 100% of their appointment costs if they do not cancel within a 24 hour minimum period. No exceptions.

Exchange Policy

Compulsive Hair Salon guarantees all of the professional products we sell. If you are not satisfied with our products you can EXCHANGE them within 2 weeks (14 days) from the purchase date. We do not offer cash refunds on products or our services.
